As we all know, these can be trying times…
With that in mind Tal and Adrian would like to invite you to join our learning journey, on the 17th Feb from 12:30 – 2:30 pm (UK time), in exploring the theme of:
“Creating positive outcomes from kinder conversations, with ourselves and others, in times of stress and challenge; a study of NVC (Nonviolent Communication).”
If you are working with teams, individuals, part of family or just trying to get through 2021 while retaining your sanity and positive outlook, this session could be for you.
In this session we will explore the world of Nonviolent Communication and experiment with the framework created by Marshall Rosenberg. Through this we will gain a greater understanding of how to have more positive conversations even in situations that could be seen as difficult and with people who do not share the same views as us (even if that person is our own inner critic!) .
The outcome of the session will be that you have some practical tips that you can apply in a whole range of situations from providing feedback at work, to negotiating with stakeholders through to having better conversations with your life partners.
This will be a very practical and collaborative session, so if you fancy joining us then please register on eventbrite and if you have any questions then get in touch!
We want to keep the groups fairly small so that you get the most out of collaborative and warm experience. Therefore, we have a limited number of places in this first session and anyone is welcome so get in quick if you would like to join!
We usually run this session internally for clients, so this is our first open event. There is no fixed charge but if you have a corporate training budget and feel like paying or buying us a coffee then feel free. All is good in the world either way. Our main motivations for running this are to help build compassion and empathy and to get to know you!
Thanks & have a great day!!
Adrian & Tal
