- You have an ending in your life that you would like to spend some time reflecting on, whether the end of a relationship, the end of a life or the end of a work experience.
- You want to work on your own stuff in a different way so that you can add dimensions to your own coaching or leadership
- You feel intrigued by Constellations and would like to experiment before signing up to a full training program.
- You are already experienced in Constellations and already know that you enjoy the experience of working in this way
What does it mean to let go? To begin again? To find your self? To come home?
All beginnings start with an ending, yet so often we find ourselves trying to rush on to what’s next without giving ourselves time to respectfully attend to what came before, acknowledging what was given and received, leaving our entangled endings to echo through our lives and those of the people we love and work with.
In short we can get stuck in our stories or victimhood or judgement, preventing ourselves from moving on with energy and clarity.
These days as we transition from the end of winter into the beginnings of a youthful spring, while the world creeks and groans as we adapt to life after covid there appear to be new redundancies daily and personal and work relationships ending all around.
Processing unexpected endings takes its toll and the process of transition to a new reality takes time, distance and compassion.
To help create a space for people working though these endings and for coaches or leaders who want to deepen their personal experience in this area, Becky Gane and I have created a space for people to reflect on the Endings in their lives and to practice or experience using Systemic Constellations techniques.
Whatever you bring will be welcome…. If you feel drawn to explore this space, please join us to co-create a cathartic and personal safe space to reflect on the endings in our lives and our relationships with them.
