Sometimes it feels like the whole world is going crazy.
Sometimes everything feels out of control.
Sometimes the future is scary.
Sometimes we feel angry, alone, fearful, isolated, guilty or more…
If this is you today, just know that it’s okay to feel that way.
It’s okay to make space for those feelings inside yourself.
And yet how attached we become to those feelings and what we do with them is a choice.
Do we feel them and acknowledge them, sit with them and make space for them as part of us or do we allow them to control how our bodies and our thinking reacts?
Do we allow them to turn us into more primitive reactive versions of ourselves?
